I ordered from Alex Wu on 9/20 and my package arrived today, just 18 days later even with Golden Week delays. Everything came in perfect condition. The packaging was secure and well padded to prevent any damage or breakage. Alex was incredibly responsive throughout the process, professional, and quick to answer all my questions. Highly recommend ordering from him. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Ordered Aug 13, shipped Aug 20, received Sep 15. There was a system outage that delayed the shipping date for many people. AW reassured me I would get the order, told me to be patient, and I'm glad they were right.

The UK order I placed on the 27th October with Alex was delivered on the 15th November - 20 days total. Full tracking attached with picture of packaging and contents.

Got my order from Alex, took a month even tho some reviews say like 2 weeks. Didn't get the tracking until it got to the US which was like 1 week ago.
