Noble Dragons ships research chemicals worldwide from our facilities in Taizhou, Jiangsu, China. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and procedures.

Note: Custom synthesis orders or large quantity orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you if your order requires extended processing.


3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

3.1 Standard International Shipping

We offer Standard International Shipping for all orders. Average delivery time is approximately 2 weeks, though delivery may take up to 4 weeks in cases of customs inspection, major holiday periods, or carrier delays.

3.2 Carriers by Region

We use reliable carriers based on your destination:

  • United States: FedEx, USPS, China Post
  • Europe: DHL
  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail
  • Other regions: Best available carrier for your location

All shipments include full tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Flat Rate Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $49 USD for international shipping on all orders, regardless of weight or destination.

4.2 Free Shipping Promotions

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time. Any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.

4.3 No Hidden Fees

The shipping cost displayed at checkout is final. We do not add hidden fees after checkout.

5.3 Tracking Not Updating

If your tracking information hasn't updated in 7+ days, please contact us at [email protected]. Delays may occur during customs processing or peak shipping periods.


6. Customs and Import Duties

6.1 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country
  • Ensuring products can be legally imported into your country
  • Providing accurate information for customs declarations
  • Any brokerage fees charged by carriers

6.2 Customs Declarations

All packages are shipped with accurate customs declarations including:

  • Product description (research chemicals/peptides for laboratory use)
  • Declared value (actual order value)
  • Country of origin

We do not falsify customs declarations or mark packages as “gifts” or lower values.

6.3 Customs Delays

Packages may be held by customs for inspection. This is normal and usually resolves within a few days. If customs contacts you:

  • Respond promptly to their requests
  • Provide documentation of research use if requested
  • Contact us if you need supporting documentation

6.4 Customs Seizure

If your package is seized by customs:

  • We are not responsible for seized shipments
  • No refund will be issued (see Refund Policy)
  • We may offer a discounted re-shipment at our discretion

7. Shipping Address

We recommend shipping to institutional or business addresses. We reserve the right to:

7.3 Address Errors

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you:

  • Re-shipping costs will be charged
  • No refund will be issued for the original shipping cost

8. Packaging

8.1 Secure Packaging

All orders are packaged with:

  • Protective materials to prevent damage
  • Discrete external packaging (no product names visible)

8.2 Packaging Contents

Each package includes:

  • Ordered products
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each product
  • Packing slip

8.3 Product Stability

All our peptide products are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, which ensures excellent stability during shipping. Cold packs or special temperature-controlled shipping are not required for our products.


9. Delivery Issues

9.1 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damage before opening
  2. Photograph any damaged products
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]
  4. Keep all packaging until issue is resolved

9.2 Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
  2. Check any safe spots where carriers may leave packages
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered early)
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  5. Contact us if still unresolved

9.3 Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please wait at least 30 days from the ship date before filing a claim, as packages may experience delays during customs processing or peak shipping periods. After this period, contact us at [email protected] to file a lost package claim.


10. Shipping Restrictions

10.1 Products with Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to local regulations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

10.2 Quantity Limits

Large quantity orders may:
