  2. You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or authorized purchasing agent for a research institution, academic institution, or commercial laboratory
  3. You will use the products exclusively for legitimate research purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

6.3 Shipping Address

Products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout or from our payment processor. We strongly recommend shipping to institutional or business addresses. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to residential addresses for certain products.

9.3 Maximum Liability
